GEM Catering Policies and Procedures

GEM is a small business that personally provides the client with all services. As a result of this approach, GEM is flexible with its clients and offers a very personal touch to every event. 

Gem Catering customer service begins with our detail oriented, event-planning. Our well-informed event coordinators have complete knowledge of every aspect of the business to better serve you and be available to answer any questions you may have. We allocate sufficient time to conduct thorough interviews with our clients to gain a full understanding of their objectives and wishes in order to organize rentals, decorations, entertainment, themes or other services to make the events spectacular. In addition, we can save our clients valuable time and expense by having a multitude of resources at our disposal. As your “anytime” full service caterer, we are committed to understanding your goals and achieving them!

GEM Catering requires all small catering requests to be made in a timely manner 24 to 48 hours prior to the event date. For very large events, GEM requires from three weeks to 30 days, depending on the size and complexity of the client‘s requests. These details can be discussed with the prospective client.  In addition, GEM Catering requires a signed contract and 60% percent deposit to secure the event and date. Gem Catering accepts: cash, and all major credit cards.
